Can we point people to our posts, videos and books?
Yes. Each brand has a Library page. Add your blog's or podcast's feed, your WordPress site, your site's sitemap or a connected YouTube channel, and Herrald reads every piece once, then checks feeds every 1 hour and sites every 24 hours for new ones. Add books and other resources by hand.
Herrald writes a short summary of each piece and the topics it covers, and keeps transcripts with their times: a podcast's own transcripts, and your YouTube channel's captions once the channel is connected. In the reply box, search the library and pick a piece to add its title and link to your reply. A video's link opens at the moment that matched.
When a question or comment is clearly answered by one of your pieces, Herrald shows it under the comment with a line on why it fits, and Add to reply puts its link in your reply. It suggests only when it's sure, and it never sends anything on its own. Turn suggestions off, or ask for closer matches, on the Policies page.
You can hide a piece for good, or keep it in the library but out of suggestions. A brand's library holds up to 5,000 pieces.
