Get your invite
About a minute
Request early access with your work email. We’re letting teams in a few at a time and set up each workspace with you. You won’t need a card.

Create your account
About 2 minutes
Open your invite, choose a password and add a passkey or an authenticator app. Owners and admins always sign in with that second step.

Connect your networks in one click
About a minute
Sign in through each network’s own login and tick the Facebook and Instagram accounts to bring in. New comments and DMs start arriving within seconds.

Teach it each brand
About 5 minutes
Describe the brand, add the facts it should know and keep replies you like as examples. If your site runs on WordPress, it can learn your voice from your own posts.

Choose your rules
About 3 minutes
Decide what happens to each kind of message: a draft for review, an automatic reply, a hand-off to a person or a hide. Automatic replies stay off until you turn them on.

Invite your team

Give each person a role (owner, admin, moderator, reviewer or viewer) and choose which brands and actions they get.
