Can we save answers we give often?

Yes. Each brand's Voice page has a Saved replies tab, where the people who look after the brand's voice write the answers your team gives again and again.

They sit beside every reply box for that brand. Pick one and it goes into your reply, with {name} swapped for the person's first name. You still read it and press send.
