What do the statuses mean?

New: Just arrived; Herrald hasn’t finished reading it.

Triaged: Herrald read it and left it alone; nobody needs to answer.

Auto-replied: Herrald answered it on its own.

Awaiting review: Waiting for a person to answer, approve a draft or close it.

Replied: Answered; it comes back when someone writes again.

Closed: Done; nothing more is expected.

Escalated: Handed to the owners; only they can answer or close it.

A new message on a closed conversation opens it again.
