Questions, answered

What counts as a handled message?

It’s any comment or DM Herrald drafts a reply for, replies to, or hides by your rules. Reading and sorting is free, so messages that need nothing from you cost nothing.

Why no per-seat or per-brand fees?

Extra teammates and brands cost us almost nothing to run, so we don’t charge for them. Add everyone who answers for a brand and choose what each person can do. You only pay for the work Herrald does.

What happens when we reach our included messages?

Owners get a heads-up at 80%. At 100%, Herrald keeps reading and sorting but pauses drafting until an owner approves more at your plan’s rate, or the new month starts.

Does Herrald ever reply on its own?

Only if you turn automatic replies on, and only for the brands and kinds of message you pick. It shows you what it would have sent first.

Can we use our own AI key?

Yes. On Bring your own key, every AI call runs on your Anthropic key at Anthropic’s price. Herrald shows what each step cost and stops at the monthly cap you set.

Do we still need our publishing tool?

If you schedule posts with one, keep it! Herrald is the inbox. It handles what people say back, across every brand, and gets along fine with whatever you post with.

Which networks work today?

Facebook and Instagram work today, and YouTube and X are on the way. Your own app can connect through our signed integration kit.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Message text goes to Anthropic only so it can be read and drafted, and Anthropic doesn’t train its models on it.
