How is the inbox ordered?

Most urgent first, by why a conversation needs you: may be in crisis, with the owners, reply failed, reply window closing, hide or keep, draft ready, ad comment, question, repeat offender, pushback, waiting and no reply needed.

Within each reason, the newest message comes first. Anything that needs no reply sorts last and doesn’t count toward the number on your inbox.
