Can it answer from our statement of beliefs or our books?

Yes. On the Voice page, open Sources and add the text. Paste it or choose a .txt or .md file. Its headings become the parts a draft can name, so “## 24.1” or “## Q. 129” work well.

When someone asks a question or pushes back, Herrald finds the parts that bear on it. It explains the answer from them and may quote them word for word, saying where each quote is from.

A quote that isn’t word for word from your sources, the post or the conversation is held for a person. The draft lists the parts it drew on, so you can check them.

Your workspace keeps each text once. Another brand can use the same source from “From your other brands” on its own Sources tab, and archiving a source for one brand leaves it for the others.
