What checks does every draft pass?

9 checks: allowed links only, no order or money promises, no medical or legal advice, length, same language, no third-party mentions, no echoed instructions, no placeholders and crisis words.

A draft that fails one is never sent on its own. It waits for a person with a note saying why and which setting fixes it.
