Nothing is sent on its own until you turn automatic replies on. Until then, here is what a new brand’s rules do:

Agreement / affirmation: review, draft on request.

Simple question: auto-send.

Content question: draft ahead for review.

Order, shipping or account: draft ahead for review.

Disagreement / critique: review, draft on request.

Hostile / troll / spam: hide.

Possible crisis: escalate, no draft.

Legal / press / partnership: escalate, no draft.

Unknown: review, draft on request.
