What will Herrald never do?

It never drafts for a possible crisis, abuse, or a legal or press matter. It never sends a draft a person asked for on its own, and it never sends a second answer to someone who's already been answered.

Only Appreciation and Simple question can ever be sent automatically, and only after a separate second reading agrees.
