How do I write and schedule a post?

Open Posts and press New post. Choose the brand and its channels, write the post, and add pictures, a video, a link or a first comment. You can write a different version for one channel.

Each channel checks the post as you write and says what it won't take, like a post too long for Instagram or a post with no picture. Then add it to the queue, pick a time, or post it now. Save draft keeps it for later.

Not ready to pick channels? Save it as an idea. It waits under Posts, then Ideas, until you choose where it goes.

You need the Publish permission for the brand. Owners and admins have it, and an owner can give it to a moderator on the Team page.
