Why does a channel say "Posts by reminder"?

Some networks don't let Herrald post for you yet. On those, when a post's time comes, the people who publish for that brand get an email and the post shows Post by hand.

Open it, copy the words and the pictures, post it from the network's app, then press Mark posted. Paste the post's link if you have it.
