What can each role do?

Owner: Everything, including billing, channels and the workspace itself.

Admin: Runs the workspace day to day: team, policies and voice, but not billing or channels.

Moderator: Works the inbox: replies, hides, assigns, escalates and closes.

Reviewer: Reviews and answers conversations.

Viewer: Reads conversations; changes nothing.
