How do I report a bug or suggest an idea?

Press Feedback at the top of any page, or ⌘⇧F (Ctrl+Shift+F on Windows), and say in a few words what happened. Press “Take a screenshot” to add what you're looking at, or drag in pictures of your own, up to 3 in all. You can mark the problem on a picture and cover anything private.

As you type, Herrald offers a clear write-up you can take with Tab. The page's last few steps go with it, like what you pressed and any error you saw, but never what you typed anywhere else. Your answers from our team show on the Feedback page, and pictures are deleted 90 days after we answer.
