Can we set quiet hours and limits?

Quiet hours are off to start. When on, they run 22:00 to 07:00 in the workspace's time zone, unless a brand sets its own.

Each brand sends at most 30 automatic replies an hour, and the workspace at most 300 a day. Anything over waits for a person.
