Can I answer DMs here, and how long do I have?

Facebook and Instagram DMs already arrive in your inbox. Until Meta approves Herrald to send direct messages, the reply box asks you to answer them on Facebook or Instagram, and says so.

Meta lets a business answer a DM within 24 hours of the person's last message, so Herrald shows when that window is closing. Comments have no deadline.
